I would like to extend my sincere gratitude to Mario for providing exceptional service throughout my experience. He thoroughly educated me on the benefits of solar energy compared to continuing with PG&E. Mario’s professionalism was evident, yet his calm and friendly demeanor made the process completely hassle-free. Although I initially declined his offer, after a couple of years and as my family grew in size, I realized that solar energy would be the most beneficial choice for my household, especially with the rising costs of utilities. I reached out to Mario once more, and he worked out all the details for me. To my surprise, he provided a quote that beat all the others I had received. His team was equally impressive—friendly, efficient, and prompt. During the installation process, I also had the pleasure of working with Jorge, who was incredibly personable and professional. His crew demonstrated exceptional skill, working swiftly and effectively. They even went above and beyond by cleaning my gutters, showing me before-and-after pictures, and impressing me with their attention to detail. When I inquired about the cost for this additional service, they insisted that it was a simple task and didn’t charge me. Once the panels were installed, a city inspector came by to assess the work, and he praised the quality of the installation, confirming it was ready for operation. Mario took the time to educate me once again about how the panels function, the NEM charges, and how they would be integrated with my wireless network. The system was up and running smoothly. A couple of years later, when I switched internet providers and encountered an issue with my network not connecting to the solar system, I reached out to Mario once more. Without hesitation, he and his team came over, diagnosed the problem, and seamlessly reconnected everything at no additional charge. The service provided by Mario, Jorge, and the entire TSP Roofing and Solar team has been outstanding. When I developed roof leaks this spring, I knew that most of the problem came from an HVAC installation that involved ripping out (I watched, that's what they did) the old 3" vent pipe, and putting in a 4" pipe.  It leaked badly, and I had the HVAC guys back two or three times, but it still dripped when it rained.  The problem was, years prior to this I also had solar installed, and there was a drip under the solar, which continued.  My original solar installer went out of business.  I also had a drip on my front porch during some rain storms, but not all.  The roof was supposed to last at least three more decades and was nowhere near the solar.  So, I had roof problems with no one that I trusted to do the roof repairs. I called the Solar Pros because I knew of Mario's and Javier's work ethic and customer service in the solar industry.  I knew they had seen a need to make repairs under manufacturers' warranty claims for other orphaned solar customers, and also would remove and reinstall.  When I had technical issues with a bad breaker, I called them for that and found out that they had expanded their services beyond solar equipment to roofing since they so often need to be addressed at the same time. Very quickly, Mario climbed on the roof, took detailed video (so I could see what he saw, and his team would have a visual of the scope of work), and had his team (of 2) come out shortly after.  I was delighted to see that they were not like my general contractor, my HVAC guys, or the solar installers (none of them roofers), but they went back to basics and removed all the caulking and mangled shingles in three different locations, down to the rubberized ice shield.  The Solar Pros fixed these roofing errors with new shingles, in one day.  I can't wait for it to rain! GOOD NEWS UPDATE: No leaks, after wind and downpours!

I’m so grateful I run into this company. I was referred to them by a friend. They installed my solar system. I never thought of solar before but after all the research and review, I decided to install the solar system. I’ve saved so much money. My bill now is no more than $15 a month (electricity only). My true up bill last year was -$120. I’m really thankful for their excellent job and service. Mario delivered what he promised. And I haven’t had any issue with my system since 5 years ago. Now that the electricity cost is so high I can’t imagine how much I would be paying to PGE. A truly life changing.
